At Rivo, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our shower systems. This warranty outlines our commitment to product reliability and customer assurance.

  1. Warranty Period

Warranty on our shower systems covers manufacturing defects as follows:

  • Mechanical Parts: 3 years
  • Electronic Parts: 1 year

 

2. Warranty Coverage

    This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

     

    3. Exclusions

      This warranty does not cover:

      • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or installation contrary to our instructions.
      • Normal wear and tear.
      • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents.
      • Damage caused by accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
      • Issues arising from hard water or improper maintenance.

       

      4. Warranty Claim Procedure

        To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at contact@rivobath.com with the following information:

        • Proof of purchase
        • Description of the defect
        • Photos or videos of the defect, if applicable

         

        5. Warranty Resolution

          Upon approval of your warranty claim, we will, at our discretion:

          • Repair the defective part
          • Replace the defective part or product
          • Provide a refund of the purchase price


          6. Limitation of Liability

            Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective part or product as described above. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
