1. Delivery

 Q: Do you offer global delivery?

Unfortunately, we only operate in Singapore and Malaysia. In Singapore, delivery is free and you may choose to use our installation partner who will deliver, install and dispose of your older system altogether. There is a fee charged by our this third party installer and this is payable. You may also choose to have this installed by your preferred contractor, plumber, installer (see next question). Extra costs may be applicable if additional piping is required for the installation. For more detailed shipping or tracking information, please contact our support team.

 

2. Installation Concerns

 Q: How do I install my new shower system?
A:
For a safe and reliable installation, we recommend hiring a licensed local plumber. A professional will ensure that the shower system is installed correctly and complies with local building codes. If you have any questions during the installation process, please reach out to our support team for further guidance.

Q: Where do I connect the hot and cold water inputs?
A:
Please connect the hot water supply to the left inlet and the cold water supply to the right inlet. If you are uncertain about these connections, consult your installation manual or seek assistance from a professional plumber.

Q: Do you provide installation guides?
A:
Yes, we include detailed installation guides in your package that offer step-by-step instructions. 

Q: What should I do if I experience a leak or low water pressure after installation?
A:
First, check all connections to ensure they are secure and properly installed. Your local plumber should be able to resolve these issues promptly. If the problem persists, please contact our support team for troubleshooting assistance.

Q: Why do my digital displays flicker?
A:
The displays and LEDs are powered by water flow; hydro power. If the water pressure or flow is too low, this may occur. First, check that no other water appliance is running, as this could be causing your water flow to weaken. If water pressure is consistently weak, consider checking with your Town Council (HDB) or Managing Agent (Condo) on the status of your block's water pressure pump as it may need servicing. We also recommend that your hot water input is at a minimum of 65 degrees Celsius as that is ideal for the system to work. If the problem persists, please contact our support team for troubleshooting assistance.

 

3. Maintenance & Product Care

 Q: How do I clean and maintain my shower system?
A:
We recommend regular cleaning using a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner to preserve the finish and functionality of your shower system. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools.

Q: Are there any special care instructions to prevent paint from deteriorating?
A:
To minimize wear on the paint finish, avoid abrasive cleaning tools and harsh chemicals. Gentle cleaning will help maintain the aesthetic appearance of your shower system over time.

 

4. Warranty, Registration & Replacement Parts

 Q: What happens if there is discoloration or paint detachment? Is this covered under warranty?
A:
Paint detachment and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear, typically resulting from regular exposure to environmental conditions and everyday use. Since our warranty covers only manufacturing defects, these issues are not eligible for warranty claims. 

Q: What warranty coverage do you offer for the shower system?
A:
Our shower systems come with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects. For specific details—including the duration and conditions of the warranty—please visit our website to review the warranty documentation.

Q: How do I register my product for warranty?
A:
No registration is required. Simply keep a copy of your receipt for verification purposes.

Q: Can I get a replacement part if needed?
A:
Yes, replacement parts are available. If you require a replacement, please contact our support team with your product details and the specific part needed. We will assist you in obtaining the correct replacement part.

 

5. Payment & Billing

 Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, PayNow, SGQR, Grab Pay, Atome, etc. on our website. All transactions are processed using industry-leading security protocols and encryption, ensuring your financial information remains safe and secure.

 Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A:
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time. However, you may opt to pay via Grab Pay Later or Atome for delayed payment solutions, or you may also make arrangements with your credit card company for repayment via installments.

 Q: Do you take Climate Vouchers?
A:
No, we do accept Climate Vouchers at this point. However, we can accept LifeSG credits.
