Our Business
We operate primarily through our online platform, serving customers across Singapore and internationally. All orders are processed digitally, supported by dedicated customer care via email and WhatsApp.

Certification and Water Efficiency
All Rivo shower-system models offered for sale have completed the required certification and carry a two-tick label under PUB's Water Efficiency Labelling Scheme (WELS). Please refer to the relevant product page for the model-specific label, registration details and stated water consumption.
Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our shower systems with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. Mechanical components, including supplied detachable mechanical accessories, are covered for two years. Electrical and electronic components are covered for six months.
These periods apply to new orders placed on or after 13 October 2026. Earlier purchases retain the warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase.
