Before You Choose
Compatibility & Installation
Claris4, Pulse8 and Air8 fit most standard household shower hoses. They may also be used with compatible existing instant-heater shower hoses, subject to the heater's operating requirements and available water pressure and flow.
For a compatible connection, unscrew the existing hand shower and attach the replacement by hand. Ensure the rubber washer is correctly seated and check for leaks. Avoid overtightening with tools.
If your hose has an unusual or proprietary fitting, contact us to check compatibility before ordering. Rivo does not provide a standalone installation service for hand showers.
Water Pressure & Shower Sensation
Spray design can create a fuller-feeling or more concentrated flow. Actual performance depends on your incoming water pressure, available flow, heater, hose and plumbing conditions.
A hand shower cannot increase the source pressure or water volume supplied by your property.
Integrated cleaning pins and easy-clean nozzles help with upkeep, but periodic rinsing and manual cleaning may still be required.
Air8 Filter Care
Air8 uses a replaceable cartridge designed to help reduce residual chlorine in shower water. Filter performance varies with incoming water conditions, temperature, flow rate, usage and cartridge condition.
Replace the cartridge approximately every 3–6 months, or earlier if reduced flow or other changes indicate that replacement is needed.
Warranty & Support
The hand-shower body and operating mechanism are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects. Supplied hoses, wall holders, hooks and mounting accessories are covered for 6 months, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
Air8 filter cartridges are consumables. Normal depletion, saturation and scheduled cartridge replacement are excluded. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
