Starry Night mechanical components, including supplied detachable mechanical accessories, are covered for 2 years, and electrical/electronic components for 6 months, against manufacturing defects. Warranty periods begin on the date of delivery, subject to the terms applicable to your purchase.

For a confirmed manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, Rivo will supply the eligible replacement component, including a replacement mixer where applicable, without charging for that component. Removal and installation labour is generally chargeable unless applicable law requires Rivo to bear those costs or we agree otherwise in writing. Any chargeable work will be explained and agreed before it proceeds.

Normal wear and tear and damage caused by sediment, water-borne rust particles or debris from the property's water supply or existing pipework are excluded. The presence of deposits or rust does not automatically exclude an unrelated manufacturing defect. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
